It does not make sense that this building was built in 1904 First_ The first RBC bank in Montreal was 147 or 221 st James in 1907 Second____ 1907 is the year RBC moved to Montreal not 1904 Third ___The city taxes mention year built as 1937

We will keep 1904 as building date - Just look at the book Répertoire d'architecture traditionnelle: Les Banques page 128, also cited by The Dictionary of Architects in Canada.
